Jackie Pitt is the Executive Director of Reveal Inc.

As a licensed minister, published author, healthcare professional, and financial coach Jackie has dedicated her life to helping and healing others while balancing her cherished role as a wife, mother, and grandmother.

Jackie was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina but now resides in South Carolina. She has worked in a vast array of medical settings but her favorite is her current role as a Registered Nurse with Richland School District One.

Jackie received an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Leadership from School of The Great Commission Bible College and Seminary and is currently an Adjunct Professor for ECPI University’s nursing program.

Waunda is the Co-Chair of Reveal Inc.

Waunda is a proud graduate of HBCU Voorhees University.  During my studies at Voorhees, I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work.


Through my experience and skills, I’ve learned that giving back to the community has contributed to my personal development and happiness.  It brings me joy to share love and empathy for others who are in need.
I have 20+ years of leadership experience, achieving excellence and success throughout my career.


I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., where I serve on various committees and advocate for the community.  I’m also a volunteer with United Way of the Midlands.  Through United Way of the Midlands, I’ve volunteered at the transition center (feeding people in need) and with Women in Philanthropy.
I’m a loyal and dedicated wife, mom, and GiGi.

Sherlyn was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. I’m currently attending the Darla Moore School of Business, majoring in accounting and real estate. I plan to get my master’s in accounting. My career plans are to become a real estate agent and be commissioned into the US Air Force. I enjoy volunteering with other local non-profits and occasional crafting projects.

Victoria is a registered nurse who currently helps 10 medical hospitals recover payment for services provided to patients. I focus on clear communication and delivering results. I hold a BS in Nursing from Howard University and certifications in Complex Case Management and Legal Nurse Consulting. I have over 20 years of experience in case management, and it is one of my passions. Outside of my career, you’ll find me reading, gardening, doing crafts, sewing, and traveling. I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, relatives, friends, and catching up with my two sons who live in NC and VA.

Austin Coleman is Member-at-Large of Reveal Inc.

Austin was born and raised in Columbia, where he attended Richland One schools and graduated from A.C. Flora High School in 1991.  He attended college and graduated from USC Upstate in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and later earned his master’s in education from Cambridge College in Boston, Massachusetts.  Austin has enjoyed working in the schools he attended as a young man.

Throughout his career, he has been a teacher, coach, administrator, and school counselor.  He is currently a school counselor at Crayton Middle School, where, in addition to his counseling duties, he also oversees the Richland One Comprehensive Remediation After-School Program and the Richland One Summer Soar programs.  He is a proud father of his 18-year-old daughter, Alexandria or “Alex”, who will be attending Arcadia University in Philadelphia, PA, in the fall of 2026 on an academic and athletic scholarship to play volleyball.

Austin has a passion for working with kids in the community that raised him; he wants to contribute where he can make an impact. Where that is and what that looks like is up to the Lord.

Valonda Howell is passionate about serving others and creating meaningful impact within her community. 

She brings 11 years of combined experience in church administration and leadership at both district and international levels.  In addition, Valonda has 9 years of experience in public service. She has supported individuals and families through programs that help prevent housing instability,

providing utility assistance and helping maintain access to essential health benefits. Currently, her experience also includes program integrity work that’s focused on ensuring accountability, safeguarding public resources, and managing overpayment recovery processes in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Valonda also serves as an entrepreneur and travel professional, helping individuals explore opportunities and create meaningful travel experiences while developing skills in relationship-building, communication, and business leadership.

Valonda Howell was born and raised in Plymouth, NC, and she currently resides in Greenville, NC.  In her spare time, she loves to bake and nurture her plants.

Stephanie Cobb is a Certified Trauma-Informed Care Professional, Childhood Trauma Coach, facilitator, speaker, and advocate dedicated to increasing awareness of the long-term effects of childhood adversity and promoting healing-centered approaches within communities.
Drawing from both professional experience and specialized training, Stephanie helps individuals, organizations, and communities better understand the connection between early life experiences, behavioral patterns, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. She is passionate about creating educational opportunities that empower people to recognize how adversity can influence thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and decision-making throughout the lifespan.


Stephanie is the creator of The STABLE Method™, a trauma-informed framework designed to help individuals build self-awareness, identify emotional triggers, and develop healthier responses to stress and adversity. She is also the creator of the Trigger Translator & Trigger Translator Journal, an educational tool that helps individuals uncover the unmet needs, emotions, and experiences often hidden beneath reactive behaviors.

Through facilitation, speaking engagements, and community-based initiatives, Stephanie has led conversations focused on childhood adversity, resilience, emotional wellness and personal growth. Her work emphasizes practical, accessible strategies that help individuals move from awareness to action while fostering greater understanding, accountability, and healing.
