Onita Simpson is a multi-talented powerhouse.

She worked as a paraprofessional in the government sector for over 20 years and now works in an HR training and development role as a government employee. 

Onita served in the Army for over 8 years including a one year deployment to Afghanistan. After departing the Army, she received her B.S degree in Criminal Justice from Campbell University and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Webster University.

She is a published author who has also worked as a public speaker, mentor, and photographer.

She is a loving mother to two daughters.
