Stephanie Cobb is the Member-at-Large of Reveal Inc.

Stephanie Cobb is a Certified Trauma-Informed Care Professional, Childhood Trauma Coach, facilitator, speaker, and advocate dedicated to increasing awareness of the long-term effects of childhood adversity and promoting healing-centered approaches within communities.
Drawing from both professional experience and specialized training, Stephanie helps individuals, organizations, and communities better understand the connection between early life experiences, behavioral patterns, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. She is passionate about creating educational opportunities that empower people to recognize how adversity can influence thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and decision-making throughout the lifespan.


Stephanie is the creator of The STABLE Methodâ„¢, a trauma-informed framework designed to help individuals build self-awareness, identify emotional triggers, and develop healthier responses to stress and adversity. She is also the creator of the Trigger Translator & Trigger Translator Journal, an educational tool that helps individuals uncover the unmet needs, emotions, and experiences often hidden beneath reactive behaviors.

Through facilitation, speaking engagements, and community-based initiatives, Stephanie has led conversations focused on childhood adversity, resilience, emotional wellness and personal growth. Her work emphasizes practical, accessible strategies that help individuals move from awareness to action while fostering greater understanding, accountability, and healing. Committed to expanding the impact of trauma-informed education, Stephanie is actively developing Yo Fav Healing Space, a nonprofit organization focused on increasing access to healing-centered resources, educational programming, and community support for individuals and families affected by adversity.
As a board member, Stephanie brings a unique combination of trauma-informed expertise, facilitation experience, community engagement, educational program development, and a deep commitment to service. She is passionate about helping organizations create meaningful, lasting change through education, collaboration, and advocacy.
Stephanie believes that healing begins with understanding and that individuals and communities thrive when they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to move forward with purpose and resilience.
